 When purchasing the type of equipment
that Mascoe manufacture's customers want proof that what they
are buying is going to satisfy their expectations. Located in
our research and development center is Mascoe's 4LC Coating Range
which offers several different coating methods. Since the 4LC
is equipped with the 886 Levitator Dryer customers can learn
first hand what effects the 886 will have on their fabrics. The
4LC is considered a lab machine. However, it can be used for
small production runs where speed is not a crucial factor. The advantage of using Mascoe's research and development center is it allows a customer to run several different samples using different blade profiles or coating methods in a single day without having to disrupt production ranges. |
