In development for over 14 years . . . the 886 is an intelligent high-tech tenter dryer, especially designed for the drying of coated fabrics. It is a highly sophisticated "Drying Machine" designed to do more than just simple moisture removal. The high tech separated multi zone air flow allows freedom to adjust control of: rate of moisture removal - relaxed bulking conditions - finish penetration - wicking and migration. The 886 provides drying for todays coated processes as well as tomorrow's micro denier fabric.

The patented short loop air flow with encapsulated return offers internal air exchange 4 times faster than previous designs, providing efficient moisture removal rates with substantially lower fan horsepower input.

Contrary to popular opinion, smartly used electric heating can closely parallel direct gas operation. Additional efficiency can be obtained from natural gas power generators utilizing cogeneration techniques.

When properly equipped, the 886 can operate with zero discharge of emissions for certain types of coatings. This is beneficial with constantly changing environmental restrictions.
