3CC Coater
The 3CC Coater is the big brother to the 5KC Coater (see Tab). It offers all of the same features as the 5KC but has the added convenience of Submerged Roll Coating.
The submerged roll coating feature allows the treatment of extremely low viscosity finishes to be done from the bottom or underside of the machine. It is applied by the roll. The application amount is metered at the roll and also via a scrapping knife against the fabric.
Additionally the submerged roll coating feature can be used with the top coating feature and both sides can be coated at the same time. It is possible to coat both sides with the same chemical or use two different chemicals.
